Is the product I buy mass-produced?
All our products are uniquely designed and produced by hand. They reflect slight differences in shape, color and tone. This is the nature and beauty of organic production. It makes the pieces you buy uncommon and special.
Is your tableware microwave-safe?
Our tableware is microwave- safe in general use, unless otherwise stated.
Is your tableware dishwasher-friendly?
Generally, our tableware is dishwasher friendly. However, our products are fragile by nature and we can never rule out the possibility of breakage.
Are there any care instructions for my Spin products?
Customers should note that our products are delicate and fragile by nature and therefore should be handled with care. In addition, certain products may require specific care and those instructions will be indicated in the product description.
I have received my order, but the product color differs from the product image. Is this normal?
All our products are handcrafted, as such, there will always be variances that should be appreciated and acknowledged
Do you charge GST?
Yes we do. Being a GST registered company, we are mandated to charge a 7% GST on all sales.
What mode of payment do you accept?
We accept payment through PayPal, made in full before we start to process your order.
How long will you take to process my order?
Your online order will typically be processed and sent out within two working days; excluding weekends and public holidays.
Do you accept exchanges/returns?
Yes; we accept exchanges and returns in the following manner - For international deliveries- Exchanges can only be entertained if the buyer pays for all delivery charges, to and from our office. All returns will only be entertained if buyers send back products by themselves and returned goods received by us are not damaged and in good order. For local deliveries - All exchanges and returns will only be entertained if goods are brought in to our retail shop at Holland Road Shopping Centre, #02-43. 211 Holland Avenue. Singapore 278967.
Do you give refunds?
Requests for refunds will only be entertained if goods are returned to us undamaged and in good order. Additionally, refunds will be at 80% of sales value as we need to account for exchange rate fluctuations as well as transaction costs.
Can you ship internationally?
Yes we do ship worldwide. Please be reminded that delivery costs vary across the world and shipment times will vary accordingly.
How do I qualify for free shipping?
Unfortunately, we do not offer any free shipping as our products are heavy and delicate, and require extra care. We have worked out best rates for you with our reliable shipping partners.
Can I opt for self-collection?
Yes, certainly! Self collection is available at our retail shop at Holland Road Shopping Centre #02-43. 211 Holland Avenue. Singapore 278967. Please note that collection is only available during our normal retail hours; Monday – Saturday 10am to 8pm and on Sunday 10am – 7pm, unless otherwise stated.
Can I make changes to my order once I have placed it?

How do I cancel my order?
